Carl’s Jr. and Charlotte McKinney Go ‘Au Naturel’ in new ad for Super Bowl 2015

Posted on 4:01 PM by veer

Carl’s Jr.'s new Super Bowl commercial, set to air during the Big Game on Feb. 1 and live online today. In the ad ‘Au Naturel,’ Carl’s Jr. and swimsuit model Charlotte McKinney are stripping down and going all-natural for the first time ever. This is a regional spot airing in Carl's Jr. markets on the west coast.

Within the ad, which supports the launch of the All-Natural Burger, McKinney saunters through a bustling farmers market, seemingly naked and hidden by strategically placed produce. After a series of carefully-crafted shots with a variety of sensual fruits, McKinney comes to the center of the frame to reveal that there’s nothing between her and her… all-natural charbroiled burger. The spot nods to the classic scene in Austin Powers 2, where Mike Myers and Elizabeth Hurley cover themselves with everyday items.

MARMITE LAUNCHES TEASER FOR HEAVY WEIGHT ‘END NEGLECT’ CAMPAIGN IN 2015

Posted on 4:22 PM by veer

Marmite, the UK's favourite savoury spread, is today launching a brand new teaser to herald the return of its controversial yet celebrated ‘End Marmite Neglect’ campaign.

Released one week ahead of the official TV advertising, the teaser is a 60-second spoof style “micro-documentary” designed to “lay bare the continuing scourge of Marmite Neglect in the UK” that sees “once beloved Marmite jars cruelly rendered to the back of kitchen cupboards” and threatens “full-scale Marmageddon”.

The teaser will make its first debut on Marmite’s owned social media channels, supported with spend across Twitter and Facebook. The digital teaser campaign will also feature an evolving and interactive social “news feed” designed to heighten awareness of ‘End Marmite Neglect’. A heavyweight PR and social media strategy focused on addressing Marmite neglect “once and for all” will follow and complement the teaser. The teaser can be viewed at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WufZK3xpz0Y&feature=youtu.be and consumers will be encouraged to join the conversation on Facebook and Twitter using #MarmiteNeglect.

The teaser will also set the scene for the return of the ‘End Marmite Neglect’ TV advertising. The commercial features Marmite Rescue Teams saving neglected jars of Marmite from the back of people’s cupboards and taking them to a re-homing centre where they are paired with Marmite-loving families. Created by Adam & Eve/DDB and first screened in 2013, the “Love it. Hate it. Just don't forget it” campaign will return to TV screens on 12th January. Launching across all networks, with a focus on ITV family channels, the 30-second spot will run until the end of March.

Joanne O’Riada, Marmite Brand Manager, said: “This film is part of a digital-first teaser campaign that will renew the ‘End Marmite Neglect’ campaign for 2015. By creating a world ‘beyond’ the commercial, the teaser and its supporting PR and social media campaign, will increase the noise around and shareability of the TV campaign while delivering a light-hearted reminder of the ‘Love it. Hate it. Just don't forget it’ strapline.”

The spot is aimed at promoting the companies new personal dieting coach...you know, for when those times your co-workers phone appears to be made of chocolate, that booth you sit at is in reality a pizza or the water cooler that spout jellybeans.

Part of the company's "magic sauce" has always been its support system, he said. But now Weight Watchers is making the personal approach found in meetings "accessible to just about anybody from anytime from anywhere."

Behind the scenes with Arsenal FC and PruHealth Vitality

Posted on 4:42 PM by veer

What happens when you leave your smartphone with professional footballers?
A usual day at the Arsenal F.C. training centre consists of a strict regime of shuttle runs, stretching and ball skills but at a recent shoot for Vitality the players took the opportunity to take a breather from training with a few casual selfies on an unguarded smartphone.

England internationals Theo Walcott and Calum Chambers posed alongside Aaron Ramsey and captain Mikel Arteta in several selfies which made for a surprise for the smartphone’s owner. It’s surprising that Lukas Podolski or Wojciech Szczesny didn’t get in on the act given their well-known selfie obsessions.

Podolski has a history of posing for selfies with Bastian Schweinsteiger and German Chancellor Angela Merkel after the World Cup final win. While Szczesny took one of the most well known football selfies of last year, and guess what…Podolski was involved too!

Yellow Submarine, Fun Guerrilla Campaign For Croatian Organic Burger Spot

Posted on 9:11 AM by veer

ABOUT PROJECT
This guerrilla advertising project was made for the Yellow Submarine, new burger bar in Zagreb, Croatia. They sell organic burgers made from local ingredients. Part of their logo is the illustration of periscope which was transformed into model made of plastic pipes, colored in yellow and with an eye in the front. The idea was to put the periscope in the most famous fountains and parks of Zagreb city. Each periscope had the message with the address of Yellow Submarine.

This campaign was very successful and a lot of costumers, when the restaurant just opened, came and told us they loved the yellow periscopes all over the town. You can see the reactions of people when they noticed them.

Coca-Cola Diet Coke: Millions of One of a Kind Bottles

Posted on 4:22 PM by veer

Coca Cola Israel: A new campaign for Diet-Coke revealed a unique collection of over 2 million unique one-of-a-kind bottles. The campaign, revolving around the concept “Stay Extraordinary,” produced over 2 million different bottles using a new printing system that printed every bottle with a different look. For the consumer this meant no bottle repeated itself and whoever bought a diet coke bottle received a one-of-a-kind design. The purpose of the campaign was to convey to Diet-Coke lovers that they are extraordinary by creating unique one-of-a-kind extraordinary bottles.

The unique bottles were marketed in all POS in packages of 51 oz., 17 oz. and in 12 oz. bottles. The campaign was accompanied by digital media coverage which gave Diet-Coke fans the opportunity to create an online cup set of their choice, identical to the bottles they collected. In addition to all of the above, selected marketing outlets gave the consumers the chance to create thousands of Diet-Coke branded products such as bags, t-shirts and iPhone covers. Soon after, bottles were up for sale on E-bay at marketing prices as high as $200 for a collection and $15 for one bottle.

The complex campaign was made possible due to an innovative printing technology. A special algorithm was created which gave birth to the design technique - It could create millions of different designs that were completely auto-generated, with no need for human intervention. Alon Zamir, Vice President of Marketing Coca-Cola Israel: "We are proud to launch such a complex, innovative and extraordinary campaign which will convey to all Diet-Coke consumers how extraordinary they are themselves".

As always, the Diet-Coke brand strives to be innovative and fashionable, the exact qualities that make it so lovable for its consumers, and this campaign signifies this more than ever.

Meet The Brilliant Sculptors Behind Brita's "Sugar Biology"

Posted on 2:06 PM by veer

Harvest Films, based in Los Angeles, have commissioned sculptors Brendan Jamison and Mark Revels to create a giant human-shaped city in sugar cubes for a commercial by global giant Brita, the German water-filter company. Using 221,314 sugar cubes and measuring 8 metres long (26 feet), the sculpture represents the average amount of sugar that one human being consumes in a lifetime. The TV campaign is designed to highlight the serious health risks of drinking liquids with high sugar content. It will no doubt shock and bedazzle in equal measure.

Drinking one soda a day may not seem like much, but this simple choice can add up. In fact, over an average lifetime, drinking just one regular soda a day is the equivalent of consuming over 221,000 sugar cubes. What does that look like? Watch and see.
